Caroline Dubois to watch Stephanie Han vs Holly Holm from ringside as she eyes next opponent

Caroline Dubois will be ringside next to Jake Paul for Stephanie Han's rematch with Holly Holm this weekend and could fight the winner next, MVP chief executive Nakisa Bidarian has revealed.

WBA lightweight champion Han defends her title against Holm for the second time, four months on from their contentious first meeting.

Holm, who was behind on all three judges' scorecards, lost by unanimous technical decision after a clash of heads opened a cut on her forehead that forced a seventh‑round stoppage in Puerto Rico.

Dubois is chasing the next piece of the undisputed puzzle, having unified the WBC, WBO and Ring Magazine lightweight belts with her victory over Terri Harper in April. Bidarian revealed that Han could be next.

"Caroline Dubois is coming into the US for the fight," he told Your Site. "She'll be ringside with Jake and me and will be watching closely.

"This, of course, is her division, so one of them could be her future opponent. Whether it's that fight or Elif Turhan next, the idea is for her to continue unifying and eventually become undisputed."

Asked who would come out on top in El Paso this Saturday, Bidarian added: "It's going to be a close fight.

"Stephanie has the hometown advantage. It's a sold‑out venue with over 7,500 people in the building. Every seat will be full. Holly has been in those types of positions before and prevailed."

Holm is out to avenge what was the first professional loss of her 40‑fight career.

Victory could set her on a trajectory to face Dubois, a fighter she admires, but she is refusing to look beyond the task at hand this weekend.

On Dubois, Holm told Your Site: "I think she's done well. I think she's definitely a fighter too - making a statement in the boxing world, very tough, and a lot of respect.

"I'm always open to anything. I just want to focus on this fight; it's the only one promised because everything depends on what happens. So I'm focused on that, and then we'll see what doors open after."
