Today on Sky Sports Racing: Newton Abbot hosts six-race card live on Wednesday

We go jumping at Newton Abbot on Wednesday, with all six races LIVE on Your Site Racing.

A field of 10 will go to post for the opening Stock Exe Building Supplies mares' "National Hunt" Novices' Hurdle over two miles and a furlong.

Dr Richard Newland and Jamie Insole saddle Lady Kara, who was last seen breaking her maiden tag at Hereford 15 days ago. The five-year-old was down in class and comfortably won by nine lengths when sent off odds-on that day and she will be fancied to record back-to-back victories here.

Babs is an intriguing contender for Henry Oliver, making her hurdling debut having contested a couple of Listed bumpers thus far. Kielan Woods returns to the saddle, replacing David Noonan.

Sam Twiston-Davies and Anthony Honeyball team up with Frenati, who is also making her first start over the smaller obstacles. After being well beaten on her first run, she put the experience to good practice and got off the mark next time out in a bumper at Stratford before getting narrowly beaten at Newton Abbot.

Honeyball also saddles Lady Litigator, who finished off her last campaign as a runner-up at Wincanton. The four-year-old steps up in trip and will look to go one better under Jonathan Burke. Princess Of Ballea (for Daisy Hitchins) is another to note, given she was only two lengths adrift of Lady Litigator the last day.

Rickety Bridge looks set to headline the Hugh Michelmore Memorial Handicap Chase for the Paul Nicholls team, with Freddie Gingell in the plate.

The Ditcheat charge won on chase debut over course and distance when last seen after being a little disappointing over hurdles since winning at Southwell in March 2024. It seems the switch to chasing may have been what he needed to get back to form and he will take all the beating.

The consistent Time To Bite also comes here off the back of a win, having scored at Fakenham at the start of May. That was his 10th career win - with nine of those coming over fences. The drop in class gives him another great chance.

Harry and Dan Skelton team up with top-weight Snipe, who was last seen finishing sixth in the Foxhunters' Open Hunters' Chase at the Grand National meeting. He had previously been in good form, winning two of his three races prior.

Blackjack Magic (for Honeyball) and Seamus Mullins' Moroder make up this field of five.

Five line up for the closing Racing Foundation Supports Autism In Racing Handicap Hurdle over the extended three miles and two furlongs.

The Skeltons are represented by Supreme Yeats, who scored over course and distance two weeks ago. Having not won since July last year, the duo decided to reach for the cheekpieces and the headgear seemed to have the desired effect as the gelding was able to justify market support with aplomb.

Joe Tizzard's Belgarum was also successful on his last start, taking a Fontwell contest over 19 furlongs. That was a first run since wind surgery and he will be primed to go well again over this longer trip.

Clotilda has not won since 2024 but has finished a runner-up three times in her last five runs. Nicholls will be hoping his mare can go one better with Freddie Keighley claiming 5lb in the saddle.
